Warranty Information

We strive to bring our customers the highest quality products at the best prices. All of our products go through a prototype stage during which, we test the product for its intended use. Only once we’re satisfied with the performance, do we offer it for sale to our customers.
ORO Racks Inc. has a 1-year limited warranty on all of our own products.
ORO Racks Inc. warrants that all of our products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials within this time frame. If you believe that your product is defective due to workmanship or material failure, reach out to us with adaquate information (description of the issue, pictures, etc). We will need to inspect the issue to understand what went wrong.
After inspection, we will verify that the issue was not caused by misuse, negligence or other abuse not covered by our warranty.
If a defect is found to be due to materials or workmanship, ORO Racks Inc. will honour your warranty claim and repair or replace the part.
We will replace the faulty part at our expense. ORO Racks Inc. is not liable for any charges, expenses or costs associated with the installation, removal or repair of the product.
Shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Powder coating
ORO Racks Inc. will warranty powder coating for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase against application issues.
This does not apply to damage caused by general wear (stone chips, scratches, etc.)
We have done our due diligence and worked hard to partner with a reputable powder coater, in order to ensure correct surface preparation and application of all our products.
The formation of some rust on steel racks, is usually the result of damage to the powder coating (stone chips, deep scratches from gear, etc).
Unfortunately, this is completely normal and can only be combated by regular maintenance of the coating by touching up the coating when damage occurs.
If this is not done right away and rust has already formed, it will continue to spread beneath your touchup and the surrounding area, eventually showing through.
While we can not issue replacements for a general wear issue, we will be happy to work with you on a solution.
